As Ray struggles to find honest work, his old bank-robbing crew, led by Phillip Larue (KEVIN CORRIGAN), offers him one last job. He agrees at first, but changes his mind at the last second leaving the crew without a driver. Ray decides instead to serve as a “chaperone” for Sally’s school field trip. When the robbery goes awry, Larue blames Ray and chases the school bus all the way to the Museum of Natural History in New Orleans. Ray must deal with Larue, while supervising Sally’s class on what becomes one of the craziest school trips ever.

Malik is quoted by Reuters as stating of his use of Twitter, “Only a few days back I came in (as a Twitter user). I like it… There are lot of questions, are you real, are you fake?” The Interior Minister reportedly has a following of over 270 Twitter users currently.

As noted in the report, approximately 1,000 sites have been blocked in Pakistan due to posted images of the prophet.

Facebook privacy concerns persist

Some are accusing the social networking site of turning its back on user privacy for financial gain.

San Francisco (WiredPRNews.com)2010-05-03 01:55:38 (GMT) – Fears about Facebook privacy issues following its recent announcement of site expansion have turned into accusations about the company’s regard for user privacy. As reported by AFP, some have suggested that Facebook is disregarding the privacy of members for financial gain.

As noted in the report, new “plug-ins” for the site will allow users to see websites visited by friends from the network and their comments. The company has proposed it is a means to make user experiences more social. Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg is quoted by AFP as stating of the change, “The Web is at a really important turning point right now… We are building toward a Web where the default is social.”

Attorney Kurt Opsahl of Internet rights defense group Electronic Frontier Foundation, is further quoted in the report as stating of the issue, “This is a transition from pretty good privacy to Facebook making categories of information available to construct business deals… It seems that they want to go to sites and say ‘We have this treasure trove of user information, what do you have?”

Lilly is quoted in the report as stating in a blog post on Tuesday, “400 million users are directly touched every day by the work we’ve done so far, and many, many more are using better browsers because of our work.” He further expressed in his posting interest in returning to working with startups.

Facebook expansion raises privacy concerns

Some lawmakers have raised concerns about privacy issues with the site’s expansion.

San Francisco - (WiredPRNews.com)2010-04-28 10:41:09 (GMT) – Some federal lawmakers have expressed concerns about privacy issues with Facebook’s plans for expansion. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), four senators stated this week that the social networking site should find more avenues for privacy protection of users.

As noted in the report, the Federal Trade Commission has begun probing practices of the site and others regarding data collection. Facebook recently announced plans for expansion that would allow information from other sites to be shared with users in one’s network. The site has stated that personal information will not be shared to websites that use the plug-in feature; however, some like Sen. Charles Schumer suggest privacy issues will still be a factor.

Schumer is quoted by the AP as stating of the issue, “They have sort of assumed all their users want their information to be given far and wide, which is a false assumption.”

Jessica Rich, deputy director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, is further quoted in the report as stating of the agency’s plans on the matter, “Our plan is to develop a framework that social networks and others will use to guide their data collection, use, and sharing practices.”
